Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in or accessing SourceKode Technologies learning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll in our learning paths.

Learning Path Enrollment

Eligibility

• Learners must meet the minimum eligibility criteria specified for each learning path
• Learners must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Valid identification and contact information must be provided

Enrollment and Access

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon payment of the agreed pricing amount or advance booking amount
• Learning materials and access will be provided after enrollment confirmation
• Live-start allocation is subject to availability

Pricing and Payments

• Course pricing must be paid as per the agreed schedule
• We offer installment payment options for select courses
• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice for future live starts
• Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or credit/debit card
• Receipt will be provided for all payments

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Student

• Cancellation before course start: 80% refund (20% administrative charge)
• Cancellation within 7 days of course start: 50% refund
• Cancellation after 7 days of course start: No refund

Cancellation by SourceKode

• If we cancel a live start, full refund will be provided
• Alternative live-start options will be offered

Learning Attendance and Conduct

• Regular attendance is expected for optimal learning outcomes
• Learners must maintain professional conduct and respect towards mentors and fellow learners
• Missed classes can be covered through subsequent live sessions or support options subject to availability
• Recording of classes without permission is prohibited
• Disruptive behavior may result in course termination without refund

Learning Materials and Intellectual Property

• All learning materials, including notes, videos, and projects, are proprietary to SourceKode
• Materials are for personal use only and must not be shared or distributed
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action
• Students retain ownership of their project work but grant us the right to showcase it

Career Support

• Career support is provided; employment is not guaranteed
• Placement depends on individual performance, market conditions, and company requirements
• Learners must actively participate in career-support activities
• We facilitate interviews but final selection is at the company's discretion
• Minimum 75% attendance and project completion are required for career support

Certification

• Certificates are awarded upon successful learning path and project completion
• Minimum 75% attendance is required for certification
• Duplicate certificates may be issued with an administrative charge

Technical Requirements

• Learners must have access to a laptop/computer for practice
• Software installation and setup is the student's responsibility
• We provide guidance and support for setup

Liability

• SourceKode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We make every effort to provide accurate information but do not guarantee career outcomes
• Schedule changes may occur due to trainer availability or unforeseen circumstances

Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
