Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in or accessing SourceKode Technologies training services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll in our courses.

Course Enrollment

Eligibility

• Students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria specified for each course
• Students must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Valid identification and contact information must be provided

Enrollment Process

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon payment of fees or advance booking amount
• Course materials and access will be provided after enrollment confirmation
• Batch allocation is subject to availability

Fees and Payments

• Course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule
• We offer installment payment options for select courses
• Fees are subject to change without prior notice for future batches
• Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or credit/debit card
• Receipt will be provided for all payments

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Student

• Cancellation before course start: 80% refund (20% administrative fee)
• Cancellation within 7 days of course start: 50% refund
• Cancellation after 7 days of course start: No refund

Cancellation by SourceKode

• If we cancel a batch, full refund will be provided
• Alternative batch options will be offered

Course Attendance and Conduct

• Regular attendance is expected for optimal learning outcomes
• Students must maintain professional conduct and respect towards trainers and fellow students
• Missed classes can be covered in subsequent batches subject to availability
• Recording of classes without permission is prohibited
• Disruptive behavior may result in course termination without refund

Course Materials and Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including notes, videos, and projects, are proprietary to SourceKode
• Materials are for personal use only and must not be shared or distributed
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action
• Students retain ownership of their project work but grant us the right to showcase it

Placement Assistance

• 100% placement assistance is provided, not a placement guarantee
• Placement depends on individual performance, market conditions, and company requirements
• Students must actively participate in placement activities
• We facilitate interviews but final selection is at the company's discretion
• Minimum 75% attendance and course project completion required for placement assistance

Certification

• Certificates are awarded upon successful course and project completion
• Minimum 75% attendance is required for certification
• Duplicate certificates may be issued with an administrative fee

Technical Requirements

• Students must have access to a laptop/computer for practice
• Software installation and setup is the student's responsibility
• We provide guidance and support for setup

Liability

• SourceKode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We make every effort to provide accurate information but do not guarantee course outcomes
• Schedule changes may occur due to trainer availability or unforeseen circumstances

Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
